But have to give a credit. Its incredible how this can be on the same time
undoubtedly the most mindblowing damagemaker and on the same time makes user
want to hang himself (I for one was already sitting with reinc pendant hanging
in neck after one steady stream of 27 or 28-skillfails in row while my target
ticked up 30% of shape). :)


Nutshell:
- Fix so that skill fails <10% of times if you have skill% high - like it
should be to be fun.
- Fix this one imba mount damage so there isn't a need to compensate that with
staggering high failing chance which renders all other mounts useless when it
comes to this off-skill. You could easily take 30% off from its damage and it
still would be useable
- Raise ep-consumption so there would be some natural limiters when it comes
to chaining the skill.

Stats of the playertester:
GS 107, player level 103, leadership 80, riding 127, comb-riding 107
Cha: in offparty mode from 122 up to ~150, in def+solo 122-140. Other tank
stats 200+
Mounts used: Ancient chaos drake, dreadnaut scorp, hoar frost gryphon
Whips used: Storm whip, balrog whip, tame mount/mental whip(this one main
whip)
62/65 beastmaster quests done
I sac constantly for luck
