I recently posted an idea about reputation gain from quests for (atleast)
newbie sabres, but got a personal response that, while it would be easy to
implement, it would be very hard to balance out evenly. So I pester you more
and post another idea, something that would need a lot of coding, but I think
would suit in the guild.

The idea is kind of task based system of different gentlemans' deeds, where
you could receive tasks from either guild or from somewhere else, the details
are not clear yet. Basically there would be three kinds of tasks which are all
clearly relevant parts of any gentleman's life (and forgive that I present
this as sexually onesided, but the whole sabres guild is that way, if you have
better ideas for shesabres, please tell about them):

1.) Courting women is what every gentleman's life is about. First you are
courting lousy tavern wenches and giving them roses. Then you move on (as your
moustache grows and scabbard gets brighter) to fair maids and finally to
elegant ladies which require jewellery and silk scarfs with their names
embroidered.

Of course not every woman is the same, you need to go and seek out what is the
woman's favourite color, does her skin get red from wearing wool and most of
all you need to sew the scarf, napkin, etc. yourself to make it an real
embodiment of the love and longing you are feeling for her.

Basically this type of tasks would be more time and money oriented than real
battles, but ofcourse sometimes, especially with nobles, there are rivals and
the secret meetings in the moonlight can become desperate fights to death.

2.) Drinking with your pals is what you do after you have succesfully courted
some women. You go and brag (in a civilized way, not like those brute
barbarians!) about your secret travels. But before you can do that you have to
get some really good alcohol to get your friends to come (and tolerance for it
to keep your honey tongue working). And we all know that the finest of
alcohols' don't come cheap either in price or in blood.

3.) Sportmanship or deadly tackle is the thing that keeps men thriving in
life. Especially fencing tournaments are good way of showing you skills for
other men and for the ladies too. But before that you have to make a name of
yourself as a fencer and therefore you would go on about challenging other
fencers (player or not) to polish your skills. These kind of tasks would be
mostly combat oriented, but could also require that you have to get that
feather from the rivals hat to show it to either your friends or to some
woman.

tl,dr: get a woman task -> get something she needs (pay little for getting the
name on it) -> go meet her (fight?)
get drinking task -> get booze from place x -> fight or pay for it -> drink
the booze in tavern y (fight?)
get fighting task -> meet in place x -> kill the bastard -> be happy or get a
follow up task
