Currently, you can use the row,col option for some party syntaxes, but not
others - e.g. 'show effects 1,1' or 'party shake 1,1' works, but 'party
forcefollow 1,1' or 'party rescue 1,1' does not. Could this option be extended
across all applicable syntaxes?
No balance implications obviously, just makes writing commands a bit easier.
