Was considering why mages don't have consider-magic..

that is, Mages have familiarity with things magical so it would seem to
make sense that they'd have the faculties to quickly evaluate an opponent
and have a rough idea of their magical threat. Depending upon the amount
of skill the player had, you could initially determine simply that they
do have offensive magical capacities. With more ability, the player could
be able to recognize the degree of threat in a rough sense. That is
small, medium and significant threats depending on what tier spells they
have.

In addition,
Malcom also suggested that if a mage has a certain amount of essence.. or
familiarity with the spell that the opponent can cast.. it can be
recognized.

Generally speaking, i largely reference Nosunrise's page to.. pretty mcuh
do exactly what it in theory would do....
