In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the recommendations
from national authorities to avoid large public events and travel,
we have today decided to postpone BatMUD's 30th anniversary gala
that was scheduled for April 18th. A new date will be announced later.

We regret the disappointment and inconvience this cancellation may
cause, but we believe the decision is the prudent one in these
circumstances. We also hope that by giving sufficient notice you
will be able to reclaim some or all of your travel costs.

We are still planning for a Vegascon on July 31-August 2. And we
have totally not spent the associations money on a survival shelter
on a tropical island, so the Finnish gala is not cancelled - just
postponed.
