As you may have known, Tzarakks have had a leading guild bonus if they would
become the leading guild of the realm. In the past this has boosted steeds so
that in some cases even the races of steeds have gained a bonus, resulting in
annoyances with saddlebags etc. This part of the leading bonus has now been
removed and compensated with something less annoying.
