1. Remove double-kill extra penalty from exp tuner. 2. Tune global tune to be
(2x) less hard. 3. Tune personal tune to be 4x as hard but make it possible to
grant a bonus vs global tune instead of only having a possibility for a minus.

PS. All claims how I'm the culprit and rape everything every day anyway will
be ignored, literally and mentally and in actuality. I'm not pointing fingers
at anything but the tuner itself.

Agree that the tuner needs a look at. Granted if you run the same area over and
over again YOU should be penalized, not the entire mud.

I have not seen the mud being this active in many years - that should be a good
thing. not reduce the values to the point where people become less active
because it's a waste of time.

Exactly, i agree, penalize the people doing the same monster again and again,
and not players who run different areas on a multiday / weekly rotation.
