Firstly, glad to see compasses are back in the game. I do think that
the implemented system could use a minor tweak though. It seems that as
it stands if you get a compass that the needle has already started to
change to yellow or red your chances of successfully killing the crew
and looting the ship are drastically reduced.

I had disabled a ship at about the same time the compass needle
turned from yellow to red and I was down to the last 3 crew members
to kill after 15 minutes when the ship "sank". This was a C4 ship, and in
the past it would take at least 30 minutes after being disabled to finish
sinking. It would be nice if the "destroy the ship" timer would reset
back to the standard "ship is sinking" timer once it has been disabled,
rather than sticking with the original time and sinking early.
