Greets,
in the board meeting yesterday, BAT ry board made the decision to postpone
JKLCon planned for 26.-28.02.
The COVID-situation in Central Finland has not improved as we had hoped, and
the venue owner has strongly indicated that they would prefer we cancel. Also,
having to decline signups is not something we generally like or want to do.
Initial plan for JKLCon is that we're postponing by 8 months - that is, we're
trying to see if the venue is available 22.-24.10., the second weekend of the
fall break in Finland. We'll get back to you once we have confirmation.
Let's hope that the COVID restrictions and recommendations are less severe at
that time.
