I did two data sets of 20 casting, with the only difference being the wis.

Range: 1.55 - 1.74, median 1.64, average 1.64

Suffice to say, I don't think wis does anything. While 20 casts
is not the biggest sample size, they're basically identical.
I was not expecting that. I'll see if I can do a bigger set of
data later, and I'll do another test for the MIP pack.
