Rixx's recycling event, season I starts monday (12.4). The event lasts
(60) days and after the event has ended there is a (6-7) month wait period
before the event starts again. The recycling event always begins with a
clean slate. This means that the runes and blueprints from previous
events turn to dust, and your collected zinium total is reset to 0. The
Rixx-Tec items made from previous events are not destructed.
The goal of the event is to recycle gear with magical properties. Doing so,
earns you zinium, which can then be used to craft Rixx-Tec items with
custom stats and bonuses. You can only ever have a total of (3) Rixx-Tec
items. If you want to re-create an item, you will need to recycle your old
item first. Recycling your Rixx-Tec gear from previous events allows you to
re-create them from scratch. If you recycle Rixx-Tec gear with (6) or more
infused power, you gain a level 1 upgrade. You can choose from a list of
upgrades to add to a new Rixx-Tec item. The level of the upgrade can be
increased by recycling the new item during the next recycle event. So even
if you are happy with the slot and bonuses of your previous recycle gear.
You may want to re-create it, just to add an upgrade, or be able to increase
the level of the upgrade during the next event.
During the recycle events. Newbies/Midbies may find zinium orbs from mobs.
These orbs are bound and can be given to the robot at SC, to gain zinium.
You should be able to find enough orbs during the event to be able to
create (1) Rixx-Tec item. During the event, mobs will occasionally drop
special Rixx Blueprints. These are sellable and can be used to purchase
more unique runes or armor types.
Most of the runes are only used to enhance your Rixx-Tec gear, but some runes
can be used on regular gear. Using these runes will bind the item to you.
Nobody else will be able to wear/wield them after using one of these runes.
New runes/upgrades are likely to be added to upcoming recycle events, as well
as adjusting zinium costs.

the chance to get that events non-rixx item enhancement runes and the ability
to add an upgrade to your previous Rixx-Tec. It is recommended that you wait
for the recycle event to end. Then check your zinium points and accumulated
blueprints. Then decide which, if any, Rixx-Tec gear to recycle and re-create.
Rixx channel can be used to ask for help. The robot in SC is used to perform
all recycle related functions. You should read 'event help' and
'event help oneliner' at robot. These commands are available from boot (12.4).
