Depending on what your client supports, you can now enable 'term truecolor' or
'term 256color' to get more colors. 'term ansi' reverts back to the default of
16 colors.

If you are unsure what your client supports, use 'ansi theme', which will show
examples to help in your decision. You can answer 'n' to the question about
the actual theme to keep your current ansi settings, after selecting the
terminal type.

The places which gain more colors with the improved term are:
- lite command can use #aabbcc rgb hex codes, eg. lite mysay #aabbcc
- same with ansi command, eg. ansi aggrmons #aabbcc
- same with style command, eg. style set ACTION_HASTE #aabbcc
- world and city maps show more colors, similar to batclient

These term settings don't work on Batclient - yet...

Oh, and style command has two new styles, SKILL_MESSAGE and SPELL_MESSAGE, for
styling output from skills and spells, respectively.
