Barbarians heavily categorize as an offensive guild, but they have very little
use in eq parties as such. I think they could use some new offensive skills to
improve their damage vs big monsters or parties. I think these can be built
in a way that do not just further boost their passive damage for offuexping,
since that seems be fine as is.

just to throw some examples:
- Rage strike: 2 rnds, hits with all wielded axes/bluds ( strikes % / weapon
skill%, str/dex/dam affects), hits typedamages according to weapons.
Weapondamage should be a big factor to keep barsos vs 2h races in check.
- Mastery of bulk. "the bigger they are, the harder they fall", hit more
damage the bigger the monster is, reputhing, gained by killing... big mobs..
- Mastery of rage. Enrage level will boost your rage strike damage
accordingly.
- Wolfpack tactics: If the monster has its back turned to you ( ie is
targeting some other tank this round), you can let go of some defensive
posturing and go all out for hitting. ( just half of hitspeed penalty from
parry for the round if not getting targeted)
