I dont mind restricting progress inside guild. It is OK to make training
specific stuff slow to gain. Working for it is a good thing.
What I do mind is slowing down reincing process. That is, tanking guild
levels. That should always, ALWAYS be swift. Thou shalt not prolong period
with safe exp on hand because of guild level progress impeding.
