Starting now, the compass timer aka 'ship despawn timer' is no longer in
effect. We did some fixes and tests and this mechanism was no longer
necessary.
The compasses will still say 'green' for now, but they won't tick down to
yellow/red.
At some point I may remove the compass colour too since it's a bit superfluous
now.
Anyway, this means that you can risk doing 5 gemmers and the like coz that
despawn timer bug won't happen. woot.
