Greetings.

Many years ago, the "new" Paingiver axe was introduced into the game.
This item, implemented by yours truly, and designed by mr. Freld
introduced a number of new fancy and powerful features, upgrading
the then lackluster eq drop to a more interesting one.

These features, however, came with a cost. Should the axe have ever,
even accidentally, been wielded by someone else apart from the "owner",
there would be a GREAT explosion-like surge expulsing ALL the gained
energies from the item - completely nullifying months, possibly years
worth of playtime.

And there was weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Now, some 8 or so years later, the gnashing has finally been heard
and been acted upon. Thus, the following change(s) to the axe:

1) The axe can no longer be wielded by people other than the
"owner", e.g. who the axe has been soulbound to.
There is no longer KABOOM.

Instead, in the rare case someone wishes to get rid of their
axe, they can 'abandon' their soulbond, which has the effect
of nullifying their achievements like before. To prevent
accidents, there are TWO different confirmations asked before
such drastic action can be executed.

2) The command for naming the axe (available to axes with sufficient
level) now has similar two-phase confirmation, as this also is
an action that has permanent effect.

3) While at it, I've made a number of cosmetic improvements,
changing the tale and some messages, fixed a typo or two etc.

Relatedly, the owner of the axe, e.g. who it is soulbound to,
can now be seen when looking at it.

That is all for now. Thanks should go to Pisano for his machinations
to get this change pre-approved on arch level, and Juggelo for
giving his blessing. Bug reports etc. to me.
