1) Make this spell not take all the sps when you are unable to send the full
amount due to flux/spmax etc, at the moment it takes as much sp as you desire
to send even when the recipient only receives less than the total.
2) Let the leader feature of transferring sps from afar work with linked
parties, and not only physically in parties together.
