In the month of December, the three factions, as thanks for everything you've
done for them, are giving out some holiday bonuses for those who do their
tasks.
1) There is no longer a penalty to Favor rewards for picking easier tasks than
you'd normally be assigned.
2) Each faction will give a special consumable item to those who help them
out. They're nosave, but tradable if, for example, you don't like eggnog.
