Completing an Efiilas, Feldspar or Syggax daily tasks now also grants a
no-save firework. Fireworks can be seen across the continent on which they're
lit. If a firework is set off New Year's Eve or Day, at the top of any hour
(such as 17:00:30 or 16:59:30) any player who sees it will be granted a small,
stacking bonus that lasts the rest of the reboot.
