Library: The light problem

Books

This book is about the problem presented in news few weeks ago.Yeah, I mean
the problem of drive lights when driving speed of light. I consulted few of my
friends and we came up with a couple of ideas. They are presented here.
First of all this problem is quite idiotic in sense of physics, since no
object with matter can reach to speed of light. This is because the
lorentz-transform states that closer the object is to lightspeed it's relative
mass get higher and higher. When lightspeed is reached the equation becomes
infinite (m0=m/1-(v[3v*v/c*c),i , if v=c then m0=m/1-1, which is infinite).
This means that, because energy is mass dependable, you need infinite energy to
reach speed of light with object with mass.
1. What I presented earlier gave us one quite strange idea. What if light
speed is only attainable for particles who's characteristics are close to
photons. e they have no restmass (lepomassa suomalaisille). This could mean
that you turn into light when travelling at lightspeed. Of course you wouldn't
see the headlights of the car, because you light yourself.
2. Lorentz transforms work also with time. So when travelling lightspeed
relative time becomes infinite. This can be interpreted so that time has no
meaning when travelling lightspeed. So if your coordinates have no time, how
can you see the headlights of your car? Of course it can said that time has
stopped outside of your car in relative to your coordinates and this would
mean that you could see the headlights normally.
...Closing words: This was a very quick and short report of what took us one
evening and lots of beer. Thanks for reading though....=)
