I don't know how it was in years prior, but I have noticed that ress/rais/nb
services are quite lacking during certain times or when EET players are in
their nightcaps and tucked away. Perhaps services from Theresa should have an
exp deduction closer to player takes when no capable ressers are online or
unidle. Holding 25% of a players exp hostage just because could be construed
as a punishment, or worse, against those who play off hours.
