I vote for free reincs for tinmen/centaurs :P
Actuelly, I'm serious. The main reason I picked tinmen for this reinc was the
no ep-cost for movement. I suspect the reason for removing this ability was
due to tinmen screwing up a certain ranger event, but heck - that could be
fixed in other ways (temporary ep-cost while event is on or whatever).
So I humbly beg for either
a) give tinmen (anc centaurs) back the no-ep cost for movement
b) give the members of those races a free reinc
c) remove water allergy for tinmen (and give centaurs too some compensation)
