it seems as if help player killing has no real meaning nowadays. i've figured
out that unless the person kills others the same way nothing will happen. or
unless it's absolutely excessive (100+ pkills). otherwise, no one seems to
care. Duke has a counter though. not sure what good it does other than keep
score.
