Then I look on the ground and what do I see? a corpse.
can it be made so when the corpse dosent have one of the organs,
the one it does have is taken?

-- if it stays the way it is, you have to redo the skill, hopefully before the
corpse decomposes or wakes up.
-- if it changes to what you ask, a typo or a misfire (like you had) will
greatly reduce your organ harvesting efficiency.
Dissection is a 2-round skill. That's pretty fast. I think I shall leave it
the way it is, rather than have perfectly good corpses destroyed by players
who typo.
