For a long time, many of the spells in the druids guild have had an issue with
players who, through no fault of their own, hadn't played 24 hours a day sine
1996. As such, their wisdom of under 600 and their spell chances under 105%
caused them to have spells which were horrible, even compared to other druids
spells.

That time has passed.

Druids guild attack spells have already been modified recently, allowing them
to do superior damage. Now all the other spells have been modified, from
detect poison to flex shield, to let newbie and lowbies get a better effect
than they had in the past. Yes, higher stats, cast/mastery skills, and spell %
are still better, and anyone who actually _had_ those obnoxiously high
requirements was completely untouched. But if you aren't a maxed-out highbie,
your spells are about to get a little better than they were before. The
weakest players get the most out of this tune.
