During some heavy drinking, I noticed as the night progressed, that my
previously stolen powers returned. Nice. And in my god-like state I whipped up
those potions for mortal usage too.

You may find one of these rare potions, that restore lost stats, inside boxes
that monsters carry for example. Maybe else where too.

But, if you by some means raise your stats after losing them, they can not be
raised again with these potions. I repeat, if you lose stats, use training
points or any other means to regain them, you can't restore the previously
lost stats by these potions.

This is to prevent abuse. Hopefully you understand not to abuse a possible
hole if you find one, or this candy is gone.
