Slobber came to me and pointed out that a vital piece of eq that came from teh
Grand Master Torturer didn't get names on it. He seemed quite upset about it,
and I suppose that's valid -- if I had a piece of game-breaking eq, I'd want
my name on it, too. He claimed that he had talked to the coder in charge and I
had gotten the go-ahead to fix this. "Go ahead and do whatever you have to do"
he said.

And I looked, and lo and behold, he was right. However, I also noted that the
GMT, having missed the 1996 conversion help pages, was trying to chaincast two
spells which don't even exist anymore. We can't have one of our most legendary
monsters getting "Cast what?" messages every five rounds, can we? So I removed
the faulty spells and replaced them with something a tad more...appropriate.

Long story short -- GMT is upgraded (muahaha) but puts names on all eq now (oh
ho ho!).
