There is a new spell available in the guild: psychic shackles.
Its behaviour is described in the help and in 'show spells all'
so i wont get into that. However, i have to warn you this is
an experimental spell. If it will cause too much trouble you
can expect drastic tunes or even disabling the spell, but
hopefully it doesn't come to that.
