To make this absolutely clear:

The rules about multiple characters are very specific. You can't have one.
Period. It is an especially malicious form of cheating that tends to get the
harshest penalties when caught. Anyone over level 20 is required to read the
helpfile that says this, and we don't make a lot of exceptions to the "rm
first and ask questions later" philosophy.

This includes suiciding. If you are suiciding one character, you MUST wait
until that process completes itself before you start another. Creating your
next character has to wait.Use of the "I'm not really suiciding after all"
cheat will be met with the "yes, you are" response from someone who means it.
