I changed a bit how the corpses handle internally. Now you can type
"kill bunny" even when there's a fresh corpse of another bunny in the
room. Also, dig grave should now work with woken up undeads in the
room.

Report all issues with specific corpses in some quests/etc to me,
hopefully there won't be such things though.
