I evidently forgot to mention with the movement tune... while your ship shows
the (fighting) flag, it sails at 1/2 speed. This is mainly a 'time dilation'
kludge to keep combat reasonable even while ships get faster and faster.
This effect can naturally be used to make it easier to ambush a ship, but I
figure those ambushes can go either direction.
Anyway, if it becomes too big of an issue, I can look into it again - consider
it experimental for now.
