The Maritime Authority has recently added some new features that you may
purchase with shippoints. I've got quite a few more in mind, but we'll see if
I remembered how to do this block of code before I add too much at once
I will add a "clear all features" ability for some cost (probably 100k or some
such), so that you aren't committed to a particular feature for all time.
