Maybe we could get an option to streamline class 5 ships for air. Potential
penalties would be less speed off trade lanes and being unable to land in
water without leaking as if sinking. Ideas for benefits might be either the
obvious faster land speed, or perhaps the ability to have altitude over water.
There would be some give and take there that might make class 5 ships more
interesting than "generic mountain crosser/rep fodder"

Speed Magi, Lift Magi, and Sail speed reinforcements all aid in ship
airspeed/height. You could also go sink some ships yourself and spend coin
points on higher level crew which make a HUGE(tm) difference.
