Can we get a little more information when heel fails? Such as "Mounty hears
you but is afraid to come indoors" if ride underground has fallen or "Mounty
hears you, but can't enter that room" if the room is nosummon. As it is, heel
seems to fail a fair bit with 91% skill, and I'm willing to accept that.
Although, after using the skill 6 times in a row and trying to figure out why
he wouldn't come from 1 room to the next, which is 1 syntax away is a bit
trying.

doesn't provide you with psychic abilities.
