Aggro pirate ships are cool and all, but it's really annoying if I'm
travelling on a tradelane and some random pirate ship that happens to be
within firing distance of the tradelane happens to fire at me (and miss)
causing me to get (fighting) tag and increasing the duration of my trip a
ton... please at the very least make the fighting tag not appear if you are on
a tradelane when fired upon and you don't do any combat commands yourself
