amd you are wise and i agree with all you've said except downtuning barsos. i
would agree in lowering skill/spellmax soas to make it harder to do, but the
one time i made barso i had over 900m xp and required an extra few dozen megs
of eq to make it better than 2 arm races. i once bitched broetchen pwned too
much as reaverpriest, to which shinarae (iirc) replied: when you have over a
gig xp and few 100 meg eq's, you also will deserve to be as powerful!

tuned already, barsos definitely should be balanced to scale with 2armed
races.
