I get the idea that its funny pvp in game. Still I find no reason for pirates
to come butt pirate near normal ferry locations and wait for victims. I
suggest that npc "police ships" should be added to game that start killing
every pirate on site at ferry, since clearly those black flags are way too
to easy to notice. And more rep the pirate ship has the more of these npc
ships should gather in faster and faster.

For starters... someone could finally fix that those camping pirates wouldn't
be able to flee to ferry when someone happens to retaliate and not be a
sitting duck.

Doesn't work, been reported by me and heard others too several times... Still
today the situation works pretty much like this:

An pirate called Jack S. sinks a clueless merchant ship by camping at Daerwon
"crossing". I happen to notice this and (prolly still wounded pirate from
fight with merchant) ram it few times after which pirate just calmly wimpyes
into Daerwon harbor to lick its wounds and roll in the plundered coins from
the merchant ship.

Its not that there isn't navy ships or mnavy ships that don't retaliate... the
thing is that its next to impossible to sink a ship 2 rooms from ferry that
has unidle captain on board.

As for the bug with fighting pirates and major ports, fixed.

And what if I was unable to go to my ship. Oh well I guess its my fault gotta
always dock ship to ferry. Just gay that you cannot sum ship if you do that.

Umm, english please? What does being able or unable to get to ship have to do
with this? If you leave your ship out of your reach yes it's your fault if
something happens. Especially if you leave it 3 rooms away from the "daerwon
crossing". And uhh, have to dock at ferry and can't summon it? FYI you are
required to dock your ship to be able to summon it in the first place. What is
the meaning of this!! Wrong medication again?
