The recent upgrade to Eye of Loraen is awesome, but I was wondering if it
could be tuned to a type of material (metal, gem, glass, etc). I realize that
glass is also a type of glass (and does not work with Eye of Loraen anyway
(atleast for me)). Ideas?

Maybe, but not right this second. I have a few other things to do right now.
