So i was running around trying to make a sculpture for a Shin task and enable
it to perform an action. It occurred to me that this was an ideal way to
soft-teach someone how to bat-code. Rather ask that someone code a room, desc
etc for a task. Id already had a previous thought about the same idea as
an ability of a dreamer-mystic guild able to shape realms. anyway

Start off with coding a simple room and then proceed to a.. 3-6 room ruin or
small encounter area that could be added into a .. random outworld encounter
setup. Whatever content would be submitted would be subject to the will of
whoever verifies it for quality control. But the key would be having something
that introduces teh player to this type of thing. Considering there a couple
features already in game that let you design a room (ships) or features..
I think it'd be feasible.

And if the content started with simple encounter areas.. with the amount of
players, we could have random outworld encounters to play with.

Eh. or not.

So following the same concept.. You have a skill that relates to coding which
grows with the amount of content that has been accepted. So a weekly (?)
idea, set by an imm (design a one room pit trap-ie small room). Content
is reviewed, tossed or kept as desired. The idea if to have motivated users
creating short-idea one off encounters that could be introduced into the
outworld on a rare distribution. Variety of content which adds unique
experience to the game.

Size of submissions could vary depending on the level of the code skill. So
until you have a certain number of accepted small areas (one room), you
wouldn't be able to submit 3-5 room concepts (ruin, etc).

Just an idea which would probably be hell to implement, and hell to maintain.
But once it was up and running, there would feasibly be a steady stream of
small encounters to add flavour to the game. Of course, it would suck if
you couldn't run anywhere in outworld without falling into pit traps
constantly.
