Six more quests added to the Feldspar and Efiilas to resupply their sailors.
The highbie variants of these quests also call for ship compasses -- feel free
to dump the "useless" ones on them. Also, keep an eye out for high-test
liquor, because these are _stereotypical_ sailors we're talking about here.
