I have been wondering this for a while. When you do a reinc and get safe exp
and then go train, your safe exp is spent first instead the non safe exp you
are carrying.
If you happen to want to do quests and stay for a low lvl for a while you end
up having megs of exp.
Could it be possible that the non safe exp would be spent before the safe exp.
My opinion is that you should be couraged to learn more content and do quests.
Now it's a bit discouraging to do quests while doing a reinc when you end up
duying millions of exp on.

Dear wizards, do you have a reason why this should stay the way it is now?
