Just an idea as a possible solution to the reply-jungle one sometimes might
get into, when arranging multiple parties at same time, or something similar.
With a multiple recipient tell, there could be a possibility for conversation
number, so with reply, one could opt to use this numbering in order to reply
to specific "thread".
So we'd get something like this:
Ecky tells X,Y,Z and you (#123) 'You guys suck'

And then one could easily reply to this moron with reply #123 you do! and keep
arranging the next moreod party without the reply-command being hijacked.

Maybe the numbering would wear off after N minutes from last tell, or so. You
figure. Just my two cents in pondering if there is a way to solve the problem
that doesn't exist.
