Off in the distance, high up in the sky, you see what appears to be a HUGE(tm)
ship.  It looks like a large sailing ship with two masts.  Powerful magic must
have been used to create such a ship.  And apparently it is heading to
BatCity.

Denizens of BatMUD, the island of Zhentoria has annexed the city.  We are
closing down all shops within the city.  Our Air Ship is hovering above your
city as our soldiers run through its streets dispatching of all the citizens. 
RESISTANCE IS USELESS, you cannot defeat us!

Seeing that the BatCity is deserted and sunk, the zhents board their airship 
and fly away, all wet and pised off.

Best event ever! :D
