This hut was ideally located on Rothikgen for serving as a port of call for
ships arriving from Laenor. Thus, Shadowkeep annexed the building and
surrounding land after the Great Evacuation. The pier to the west was built
up, and a few people assigned as regular staff; ever since, it has done
steady, albeit not major, business.
Obvious exits are: w, s, e and n.
