affecting stuff, a bit like with equipment weartimes. It will still be
possible to have a very powerful mount, but only if you use him a lot. Buying
a 100% PR mount, sticking it in the stables and letting it rot for a few years
will cause it to become less powerful. It won't be impossible to make it a
powerful one again, though.
