Hello blogitita. No dreams lately as I have been either too tired to remember any dreams (physically). I have decided that I need thicker arms (and few pounds less fat in tummy, though that is optional) and to liftpush 70kg before xmas. I hope I can keep up with this plan. I also try to get my Blue belt on next spring the latest, this requires atleast 2-3 times a week. If I try this december, it would require 4 times a week and I don't like the tuesday lessons.
