You ask Ruuben about belt.
Ruuben tells you 'Oh, it's you again. Ah, that's right, I need you to bring
 me a star sapphire. And, it can't be too small! 'present jewel' if you
 actually manage to get ahold of one.'

This hemispherical sapphire is particularly interesting, because there is a
'star' of light hovering just above its surface. The star seems to glow with
an inner light that comes from the gem, shining with a quiet white light in
contrast to the gem's blue color.

Ruuben tells you 'Well, I'm somewhat impressed; this type of gem is not
 easy to come by. It will do wonderfully in my collection. I guess I'll go
 ahead and do some more work on your belt.'    

The Armourer takes your belt, and begins chanting over it. The second plate,
the one for the magnifying glass, begins to glow brightly. He finishes his
chanting and returns the belt.

I did it ! I don't know if it was required or not, but I did it !

I finished the first tier of the merchant toolbelt today, thanks to the help
of Moonglaze and Slowdive yesterday !

Moonglaze shreds air with her hands and screams 'Haii!'
Drogysha's face contorts in pain and he falls to his knees!
Moonglaze roars victoriously and leaps in for the kill!

Slowdive seems to relax!  You watch in amazement as he calmly and
professionally pounds his enemy 3 DEVASTATING blows! Drogysha is knocked to
the floor, dazed by the attack! Slowdive turns suddenly and STRIKES again..

Drogysha dies in a massive pool of blood.
Drogysha is DEAD, R.I.P.

Nastassja takes your belt from you, and begins chanting an ancient spell over
it. After a minute, you begin to feel your life force being pulled into it,
although not in a way that would actually threaten your life. The belt begins
to glow a brighter white than before, and even begins to turn translucent. As
the Smith continues chanting, the belt lifts up from his hands, and drifts
INTO! your body. You feel a sharp pain, and weaken a bit... but then
everything seems to settle down. Nastassja finishes chanting, and your belt
settles into your hands, forever a part of you.
