Malacoda tells you 'create -> +3 str or con item, raise_2 -> +5 dex or wis
item, raise_3 -> +7 int or wis item,
raise_4 -> +4 hpr or dam item, raise_5 -> +10 str or con item'

Malacoda tells you 'santa eq works, so for instance demonscale
platemail/uranium boots for create, reindeer
headgear for raise_2.. or just row or slave collar for create, vest of
yak/shadowking shoes/pendant of
quickness/despana mace for raise_2, dread cloak/hera suit/violet and white
robe for raise_3, or anything with suitable
stats really.'

Malacoda tells you 'tell me exactly what you want on the ship (presence has a
page with info on stuff you can add;to ships), and what to name the ship, then
pay at least 1.5m (for the actual building costs) and get me the items for
create/raise_2/raise_3, and I get to it as soon as I can.'
