As the enemy falls you are overcome with blinding pain as something crawls out
from the orifices of your head, detaching itself briefly from you to
eviscerate parts of the corpse laying before you. The pain blurs your vision
and you can't quite make out what happens, but when it is done the creature
slowly enters you again.
You hear a faint echo in your mind going 'You have finished your task! My lord

You feel something crawling from your ear and vanishing..
