So, how did the 500k goal go? I found out that I can get exp with around
100k/hour rate. That's not bad I guess, but exp parties are easily over 10k
per MINUTE.

I'm a caster in my heart. In almost all games, I prefer to play as a mage
whenever possible. I've also played healers, but it's not really an option
here in Batmud. I fear I don't have enough experience to perform well, and
incompetent/bad healer is about the worst thing that can happen to a group.
In other news, I got new solo record again! 12620 Troll. Yay. Got me 20k after
bonus. Another 100k for today. It makes 200k+ total in a day. But I had long
long breaks today, I tomorrow I'll aim for 500k in a day. With a mage, solo.
I'm not sure if I can do that, but I'll try.

Ah, after re-reading the blog, I forgot to mention the series of reincs I went
through recently. I reincarnated from Psi to a (cyclops) ranger, got tired of
it, and re-inced back to a mage. The very first thing I made my first
character. And I don't intend to leave for a while. I need at least 10 million
exp more for leveling Golden Arrow, and I have a feeling I will be soloing
most of that. With a mage. I heard that's hard. It remains to be seen.

Many say that a mage can't solo, but this morning I've collected 100k
experience and easily 20k gold. I don't know what kind of experience amounts
people get with rangers, but I sure didn't get this much as my (short) time as
a cyclops ranger. Maybe I did something wrong, but I am happy with this
current exp rate.
I may just have to stick with this, since people don't want anyone with
"little" experience. Which reminds me, I'm going to break 20m experience soon.
Yesh \o/ After that, "only" 10m left until I get golden arrow high enough.

Looks like having no chest brings a lot of trouble. But chests cost so
much..darnit. No choise but to start saving then!

Phew, almost 2 year long break. I really got caught up with my studies and
work. Oh well, now I have motivation to continue! I decided leveling up with a
mage was too slow, so I reinc'd to Cyclops ranger. With this things hopefully
will be faster. Now, off to gain my reinc exp (19M+) back.

Best party thus far. "Experience gained" shows 992k. Even though I did die
multiple times in the end, thanks to King of Good Dragons, I did manage to
spend 1 block of exp, and gain 100k on me. New record kill (450k undead), and
huge pile of 150-300k ones, including several dragons and demons.

After some partying and solo exploring I've gathered almost 300/400k exp
needed for next block. Better take it carefully from now on, I don't want to
lose all hard-earned exp because of some mistake. And oh yea, got a new record
solo kill! Some old dwarven miner I found inside tunnels in Legolas.

Tagged along into a 5-man party, died once but nice exp regardless in
Kutanakor West. New kill record in this reinc!

Max lvl in psionicist guild! Yes! I joined Brotherhood of Sorcery, next thing
is to level myself up. Problem is...I have a bad habit of dying, A LOT.
Getting 400k experience and keeping them may be a bit difficult

I've been exploring eastern parts of Rothigen. After some exploring and
slaughtering half a Norse village I decided to train, and was lucky I did.
Soon after I ran into a stray wandering, hostile and very large drake which
killed me. My next target is nother parts, where I of course ran into a
trading post full of hostile barbarians. None seemed to see me trough
invisibility but I don't want to take the risk. Hopefully I will get enough
experience to gain max lvl of psi guild by end of tonight.

My own stupity is going to be my own undoing. If I'm going to solo things (lfp
search is up but not actively searching) at least I should remember to keep
invisibility up.

First entry. I'll start with brief history of my character. I started this
char in summer 2006, as a mage. I've always been a magical background char,
and will be for a while. I tried nomad around reinc 2-3 (#5 going on at the
momen), but it didn't fit me. Now I'm a psionicist and I like it.Going to stay
as Psi for a while. My goal? To explore places and build up my experience
steadily. Next guild is mages (Brotherhood of Sorcery now, I guess?). I'll try
to get create staff skill as fast as possible, so that I can start collecting
power for both it and my guild rep's as soon as possible. I'll have to see
where this takes me.
